We are growing! 🚙 HomeCourt Home Care is hiring a Family Caregiver Coach to serve families in Northeast Indiana.

Our Family Caregiver Coach brings hope, encouragement, resources, and confidence to family caregivers who are caring for their loved ones at home.

Every day, you’ll step into homes where care happens. You’ll help guide family caregivers through the challenges of caregiving, offering practical support, education, and vital community connections that improve both their lives and the lives of those they love.

What you’ll do:

💙 Travel to families’ homes to identify needs and provide one-on-one coaching and support, empowering families to thrive (company car provided!)

💙 Teach caregiving skills, self-care practices, and problem-solving strategies.

💙 Connect families with community resources, activities, and community partners

💙 Document visits, track progress, and ensure families feel support supported every step of the way

✏️ The ideal Family Caregiver Coach has a minimum of two years experience in a related field; i.e. home care, education, social services, working with individuals with disabilities/chronic conditions.
