Wellness Wednesday with Hope House: Pause. Breathe. Reset.
At Hope House, we know caregiving and daily life can sometimes feel heavy. But even in busy days, we believe in finding small moments of calm.
Here’s a simple practice you can try right now:
🧘🏽♂️ Take a slow breath in through your nose (count to 4)
🌬️ Hold gently for 2 counts
💛 Exhale slowly through your mouth (count to 6)
✨ Repeat a few times, then name one thing you’re grateful for today.
Just five minutes can bring peace to the mind, body, and spirit.
