Looking for 6 people - one night a week for beginner’s yoga class.

Wednesday nights at 6pm (upstairs classroom).

Our yoga teachers have completed recognized training to ensure asanas (poses) are taught correctly.

Mostly why I like to make this distinction (yoga teachers) is because I try to give myself just a little distance from the fitness industry, where you can become a "yoga instructor" in a week or even a weekend. I love fitness and wellness, but I teach yoga - like the whole shebang. I prefer to teach yoga, not to play Simon Says with postures, or teach Zumba one day, Pilates the next, and yoga the day after. There's a difference and I think it needs to be highlighted.
