Question for summer. How do you keep your kids eating good meals without having to cook 3 meals a day for them?
My biggest tips—- “snack lunch”
🍑1. Pile fresh fruit/veggies in plain sight.
🍉2. Pre-cut veggies and fruit and prep meat and cheese rolls in the fridge.
🧀3. Don’t buy all the j***y snack (they always go first and no matter how many I buy, they are gone in a day!)
