Meet Tiffany, our Mindful Movement yoga instructor!
What started as a way to explore a new city became something much deeper. Through her own journey, Tiffany discovered yoga as a space to support her nervous system, and that experience inspired her to become a teacher. Today, she brings that same intentional practice to those we serve at the Big Red Barn Retreat, creating space for breath awareness, mindful movement, and meditation.
