Year 2 for Recenter! 🎉

If you want to skip all the gushy heartfelt stuff — hats are officially here as a little anniversary kickoff! 🧢 Local pickup only — feel free to reach out if you want one!

I’m using this anniversary to say a giant THANK YOU. This past year has been transformative — personally and professionally — and I’m beyond grateful to be a part of your health journeys. Your trust in care is never something I take lightly.

The philosophy behind Recenter is simple:
I truly believe you have the innate ability to restore balance in every part of your health. We’re strong, resilient people — and sometimes we just need a little guidance, support, and maybe some restructuring.

It’s not a one-time thing, and that’s the whole point of the “Re” in Recenter. Life isn’t linear, and that’s okay. We adapt. We realign. We continue.
