Wednesdays are getting a little glow up 🌞

Starting this week, Wednesday at Recenter are going fully virtual for functional medicine appointments. Same care, zero commute.

All other hours remain the same, with an additional hour on Mondays 🌿

There will be 1 Saturday per month again, starting in April!

Consistency > complexity

We’ve been sold these elaborate plans for pain management - long routines that don’t fit into your day or movements that look like they’re from Cirque du Soleil 🤸🏼‍♀️

Recovery doesn’t have to be complex! It most likely isn’t about doing more.. just doing what WORKS more. Then, maybe, some altering or additions :)
