OPEN INTERVIEWS Friday, April 16th from between the times of 10am and 2pm. They will be at our office located at 755 Boardman Canfield Rd, Suite F3 in Boardman.

We are hiring for all positions and all counties we serve.
Please wear a mask. No more than 3 people in our lobby. You may take an application to your car to fill out and we will call you in when there is room.

Do you desire a career that is both personally and professionally rewarding, while giving care to those in need? Look no further! The position you are applying to is that of someone who provides care and support to people with developmental disabilities at the individual in need's home.

The responsibilities of the position are as follows:
*Encouraging a safe environment for the client
*Supporting growth of the person in need by following a given service plan
*Working with the individual to meet and/or exceed his or her short term and long term goals
*Help to sustain a high quality of life of the client
Integration into the community through various planned activities
*Becoming a member of the individual's family, which includes his or her parents/guardians, the county board, and the company as a whole
*Understanding that despite the developmental disability, the client is an important member of our society, and should be treated as such
*Showing love and respect to the client you are assigned to
Creating a welcoming environment that you are proud to be part of

Job Requirements:
*Applicant must possess at least a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and have the ability to pass a drug test and background check.
*Previous experience is a plus, but it is not necessary, as we will train the right applicant!
*Applicant must have the ability to work nights and weekends, along with some holidays.
