Why am I doing this?

Well I broke my ankle and foot and can't test the programs myself and it allows me to test these programs on different body types and ages, so it gives me better feedback on what works for my clients and what doesn't. Also as a new trainer it helps me get results with your permission of course. That's not required though to do this. You can absolutely do the full program and say I don't wanna share my photos and I'd be fine with that. 🤗

3 spots left!! Who wants a free month of training?! No strings attached, no credit card information just test my program for me give me feedback at the end of the month via a survey that's all! 😄 As well as tracking your progress for me but I won't use that unless I have your permission it's not necessary to participate either, tho it's helpful ☺️ here's 3 of my 5 clients that have finished! 10lbs amongst these 3 was lost!! I can't test them myself ATM because of my broken ankle and foot. But also I learned having test clients really helps me see how the programs work on different body types.. limited spots available due to the limited space my app allows before needing to pay for more clients. My test clients got some amazing results!! 😍 I am so proud of them! Here's one! I only use your results with your permission! 🥰 She lost 3lbs and 3 inches in the waist.. bye bye 3 inches of fat!! Woot! I would love to do another round of testing to the program since I'm still stuck broken.. if anyone would be interested comment below and I'll reach out to you. it's been a while since I've posted I've been MIA due to losing my dog but want to get back to posting. Wanted to brag and talk about how proud I am of my client.
