This made me chuckle today because it highlights how different generations can be. This is one change I am happy to see in younger generations. I didn’t carry water with me anywhere as a child/young adult. In fact, I didn’t really drink water until my late 20’s if I’m being transparent. I didn’t enjoy drinking something that had no taste. I wasn’t knowledgeable about chemicals, sugar, artificial flavoring or food dyes in my beverages. I’m glad we have more awareness and education about what is being put into our food/drinks and the importance of hydration. Hydration isn’t just about skin, it’s about overall wellness and health.

Tell me, what’s in YOUR skincare routine!?What do you love about it? Is there anything missing from it?

I am 40 something year old 🤫 (lol), slightly oily skin, mild-moderate wrinkles (I did tan back in the day 🤦🏻‍♀️), still get hormonal break outs from time to time on jaw/neck🙄, and under eye bags (multi-factor triggers there). Listed below are the Circadia products I use on myself along with a description of what they do.

AM Routine:
Cleanser: Nourish -hydrates, nourishes
Serums: Blueberry & White Tea Mist- antioxidants-very hydrating
Vitamin C Reversal Serum-Brightening-hydrating-antioxidant
Moisturizer:Aquaporin Hydrating Cream-Hydrating-soothing
Eye Cream: Full Circle Eye Repair-brightening/antiaging
Sunscreen: Light Day SPF-37-broad spectrum protection-works great under makeup

PM Routine:
Cleanser: Cleansing Gel with Mandelic Acid-exfoliating-helps with acne prone skin- reduces appearance of fine lines. I use this every other night or so, so I don’t over dry my skin. I rotate it with Nourish Cleanser.
Serums: Blueberry & White Tea Mist-antioxidant-very hydrating
Serum 71- Helps with hyperpigmentation-break outs- boosts firmer looking skin
Moisturizer: Revitacyte- smooths texture-boosts firmer looking skin
Eye Cream: Full Circle Eye Repair- brightening-anti-aging
