Pinnacle Health Concepts, LLC is a physical-therapist-owned-and-operated physical therapy and rehabilitation center. Our goal at Pinnacle Health Concepts, LLC is to get you back to how you live, and we'll treat you with as much care as family. We start with learning about you, so we can work together toward a solution that fits your lifestyle. We take time with you before, during and after therapy to educate you and show you how to get -- and stay -- better. Because there's nothing worse than hurting and not knowing why, or how to fix it. From your initial session throughout your treatment plan, your therapy is guided by how you feel and your unique circumstances. You can expect lots of open communication, so you're never left out of control of your own health. You'll learn how to control your symptoms, allowing you to move forward with your life.

In the midst of all the bad stuff I want to thank everyone who has prayed over me about my knee and all the pain that has come with the surgery. I have to tell you all it is starting to feel soooo much better. I have put in a lot of hard work, along with Jean-McConnell-Copploe, who owns Pinnacle Health Concepts on 224 behind Second Sole. She has seen me thru many a times I have needed therapy with grace and humor, lots of humor!! Lol

Thank you so much Jean, don’t know how I would have done this without you, thru all the tears, screaming, yelling, beating on the walls, you got me thru this and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Hi! I just was giving Jean’s name to someone who has vertigo/tinnitus issues and was telling my story and found your website. If you need another testimony, feel free to use mine!

I had debilitating vertigo and tinnitus for nearly 10 years. It got to the point where it was affecting my quality of life and I was only 37 years old. After seeing varying ENT’s and local doctors with no solutions as to how to help, and with 3 young kids at home, I needed to do something. I went to the Cleveland Clinic and sat with a neurologist who recommended I see Jean, a Physical Therapist at Pinnacle Health.

To my surprise, she was located in Boardman, only 10 minutes from my house. Of course, I was skeptical after all of my previous experiences, but after one visit I saw an immediate improvement.

By visit four my vertigo was completely gone and the tinnitus subsided to a manageable level. She taught me exercises that I still use when I feel an “episode” coming on. She may not realize this, but she saved my life – it was that bad. I am forever grateful to her along with my wife and kids who finally got Dad back. Beyond her expertise, her bedside manner felt like I was visiting with my mother. She is patient, kind and hilarious. I could not say enough nice things about her. 10/10.
