While we remain open and continue to treat patients at all three of our clinics, we understand many are hesitant to leave their homes at this time. We fully support the decisions of our patients, and their health is our number one priority.
Therefore, over the next several weeks, we’re going to be sharing some movements and stretches that are safe to do at home and are helpful with strengthening muscles and reducing tension, aches and pains.
If you have any questions about particular movements or how to relieve specific pain, comment below and our physical therapists and physicians will do their best to respond in a timely manner.
Stay safe and stay moving.

Congratulations to one of my patients for completing a IRON MAN 70.3 or aka HALF IRONMAN at the age of 60!!! An IRONMAN 70.3 includes a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride, and a 13.1 mile run. You are truly an inspiration and a fun person to work with. It's always fun when your patient has goals to meet.

Our first patient of the month is a special lady. Sieglinde is in her 70s. She is a retired school teacher that is still currently a very active rotarian. Tomorrow she travels to Cuba with other rotarians, on the way home she has a pit stop in Atlanta for a rotarian international convention. She will then spend 10 days in Germany taking 6 students with her. Currently the district governor for 47 rotarian clubs and is a retired Canfield school teacher with over 30 years in education. She came in and told me I need to get better fast. I have a lot of walking and traveling to do this next month. And that we did. Safe travels Sig!!! This lady is awesome and is an inspiration. Motion is lotion to joints. Just because you are 70 does not mean you need to slow down.
