Meet Our Staff! Ellie Gilliland is one of our medical assistants! Ellie is a junior at JSU majoring in marine biology. In her off time, she loves to read, run, and get boba teas.

Samuel Gilliland is our lab technician and is also a medical assistant. He is a junior at Jacksonville State University earning a degree in biology. His plans are to continue on to medical school once he graduates. In his free time he enjoys power lifting and hanging out with family and friends!

Amelia Gilliland leads our Human Resources department with expertise and dedication. A retired college professor, she spent 25 years in education and worked as a corporate consultant in HR, training, and development. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys family time, gardening, knitting, and reading.

I have been in healthcare services since 2017. I spent a couple of years working in Clinical Admin positions and began my medical billing and coding journey in 2019. I started out in a multi provider Primary Care Clinic and gained a plethora of knowledge. In 2021, I shifted my focus to Pain Management, and in 2023, I achieved my Professional Coding Certification. In my freetime I enjoy cooking for family and friends, playing card or board games, listening to audiobooks or music, and piddling in my garden!

She earned an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology and spent several years working in the field before transitioning to pain management. Crystal is dedicated to supporting both her team and patients with a focus on care and efficiency. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching mystery films, and relaxing with a good book.

Meet Our Team! Introducing Sydney McMichen, Clinic Administrator at Integrative Pain and Wellness! Before taking on this role, Sydney gained valuable experience working in the operating room and on the COVID unit during the pandemic, bringing a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, family, and fur babies. When she's not busy managing the clinic, you can find her reading or watching historical documentaries. Sydney is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff!
