We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our busy otolaryngology (ENT) practice. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and enjoys helping patients feel welcome and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
• Maintain accurate patient records and update the EMR system

Qualifications:
• Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
