Sexy Curves Fitness Revealing the Goddess in you through exercise and nutrition because every body's different my mission is to help redefine the body you already have.

My classes are a mix of Yoga, ballet, resistance training, sculpting and plyometrics in fourty five to fifty minutes. I will make you have fun and sweat! Private sessions available including a trio to the market so you can take full charge and responsibility of your body by learning how to eat and what brands are good to your health.

Eat healthy
Dont follow gimmicks
Start with a variety of colours
Eat mostly organic meats
Drink H2o all day to keep hydrated
Use flavours like: Herbes D' province, Ras al Hanut, lemon avocado oil.
Exercise even if its 25 minutes 4 times a week.
Lift weights
Train with a purpose" I want to feel energized"
Squats
Lateral lunges
Plank with T rotation
Trx Hamstring curl / Swss Ball
Deadlifts
Standing march with a dumbbel overhead hold.
30 seconds work/ 25 rest
3 rounds
Start with the weight of your purse or a weight that does not compromise propper form...

They have been out of order for quite a bit.
Almost three months with Pneumonia.
Scar tissue on my cervix, etc.
I haven't taught an entire class because.
Well, life. Everything is organic; every day is a new ✨️ 🙌 experience.
I'm on the mending.
I'm learning to understand patience.
Trust in myself.
Not expecting loyalty.
Not expecting anything but, my own survival and GOD given gifts to thrive.
Because we are unique And perfect by his Divine Creation.
I am Enough.
I am extraordinaire
