In recent days, Hurricane Melissa has caused widespread devastation across Jamaica, where many of our valued team members and their families call home. We are deeply concerned with their safety and well-being and remain in close contact with those affected as the recovery process begins.
At The Inn, our team is the heart of everything we do. We are working carefully and deliberately to understand individual circumstances and determine the most effective ways to provide support. This includes communicating directly with our employees, their family members, and our trusted partners in Jamaica, to assess needs and coordinate assistance.
Once we have a clear understanding of those needs, we will share additional information on how we, as a community, can best help. Our focus is on ensuring any relief efforts are strategic, transparent, and impactful for those who need it most.
The compassion and unity we have all experienced, island to island, strengthens our community beyond words. We thank each of you for keeping our team and their families in your thoughts during this challenging time.
