If you show up….I will show you how! My client pictured in this photo shared with me that her friends and family have been telling her how “fit” she looks. Hearing this makes her happy that her hard work is showing! for me, I couldn’t be prouder of her! 💕 She started training with me a few months ago with very little knowledge of strength training. Look at her now!
We have worked with clients from age 13 to age 74….you are never to old to start! Let’s go, what are you waiting for?

How do you spend your Sunday Funday? Today my husband and I took our Shepherd to Bark Beach for some socializing and play, it was a beautiful morning! Husband, pets, and the beach….all good for a beautiful recovery day!
