Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty + Fat Grafting ✨

I softened her lower eyelids by restoring cheek volume and support to fill the under-eye hollows (via fat grafting), while the lower blepharoplasty reduced protruding fat bulges.

This transformation combined a face & necklift, buccal fat reduction (left > right) and upper blepharoplasty to restore definition, brighten the eyes, and refresh the overall appearance.

Note the enhanced facial symmetry. A greater amount of skin was removed from the right upper eyelid, while more buccal fat was removed from her left cheek.

3 months after surgery - the slight red discoloration of her scars will continue to fade beautifully

3 weeks after Face & Necklift, Lip Lift & Fat Grafting

Every case is unique. The challenge in her case was to soften the transition of the lower chin to the upper neck area - this is otherwise known as a “witches chin”. I had to both trim some of the lower chin soft tissue, and build up volume in the concave area of the upper neck. It is all about shaping and contouring 🎨

A lip lift helped to further enhance the result and lip proportions.

This patient’s elegant, dramatic yet natural result was obtained by combining a face & necklift, targeted facial fat grafting, and an upper blepharoplasty for a softer and younger appearance.

She is 3 months after surgery and her scars are still somewhat pink - this will fade beautifully over the next several weeks

She has prior liposuction of the neck area, which resulted in irregularities and scar, which made this case more challenging.

Lower Blepharoplasty + Fat Grafting Finesse ✅

This beautiful patient is 4 months after surgery

To achieve this smooth result, was done to the eyelid-cheek junction and to add volume, while a lower was done to remove bulging fat just above this area. By combining the two procedures, we were able to get a smooth transition and treat the under eye shadows.
