Where do you find your peace? Is it a place, smell, state of mind, or activity? I find my peace in studying my teaching materials, daily yoga practice and teaching. We are surrounded by beauty. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to notice and see but as the good book says, “Knock and the door will be answered. Seek and you shall find. Ask and you will be given.”

Life is a journey. Be grateful for wherever you are and know where you’re headed.
