I am a Master Trainer with a career spanning over three decades in the fitness industry. With a lifelong passion for dance cultivated from the age of 4, I honed my skills through rigorous ballet training and pursued a Dance Major at Temple University, where I gained expertise in performance and choreography across various dance forms. My professional journey as a former Ballerina with the Philadelphia Civic Ballet and the Philadelphia Grand Opera Company showcased my exceptional talent. Transitioning to Florida, I embarked on a new chapter while balancing raising three sons with a successful career in Interior Design. In 1989 I delved into fitness and quickly amassed certifications in Group Exercise, Personal Training, Yoga, and Pilates. Notably, I won the Gold Medalist title at the National Aerobics Championship Competition in 1996, sparking my interest in injury prevention and muscle balance. Specializing in training methodologies for seniors, my expertise led me to teach instructors for the Silver Sneakers program. Furthering my education as a Yamuna Body Rolling Specialist, I developed a holistic approach to training clients, particularly those with injuries and asymmetries. My career took me to Beverly Hills, where I trained numerous celebrities and high-profile clients for seven years. I returned to South Florida in 2009, bringing a wealth of experience, having served as the Pilates Coordinator at Lifetime Fitness in Boca Raton for 11 years. I'm known for my casual, humorous demeanor, precise cuing and attention to detail. I focus on body alignment to prevent injuries and enhance functional movement for my clients, ensuring everyone receives personalized care and achieves optimal results.
