Celebrating the progress made in overcoming the challenges of body dysmorphia. Each day is a step towards reclaiming my self-worth. 💪

There is a scientic study that proved that woman see themselves as less attractive then they really are and men see themselves as more attractive.

My Eating disorder and body dysmorphia began at a very young age. When I look back at photos of myself I am astonished, I looked fine, more then fine. Now I realize how sick I actually was to think that the beautiful young woman thought that nobody would like her because her body was not perfect. Wow!I was actually beautiful then.

What I have to say to ladies younger then me sho are struggling with these issues is:
YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL NOW!
ENJOY IT!
STOP CRITISIZING YOURSELF!
HAVE CONFIDENCE IN YOURSELF ( even when others push your buttons and make you feel insecure).
If people aren’t showing you love it is because of THEM and not you or the shape of your body!
YOU ARE PERFECT JUST THE WAY YOU ARE RIGHT NOW!
