There he ran a multi office practice with locations in Hackensack, NJ and New York, NY.

In 2018 he relocated to Miami Beach to team up with Dr. Matthew Cooper and the team at USA Sports Therapy to run a sports oriented practice in the well know Anatomy Gym, located in South Beach. Here he still works closely with college and professional athletes of all sports. Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Centofanti enjoys staying active by playing soccer, tennis, and a variety of outdoor activity.
