30 years ago we imprinted. 4 years ago we made it official.

Ive loved watching you uncover so many hidden talents. (I’d like to think I helped pull some of that out of you.) We don’t just do life together, we actually work together.

You’ve been the yin to my yang, the calm to my chaos. Thank you for loving me through every version of my crazy.. There’s nobody else I’d rather laugh with, build with, cook with, dream with, or do this weird little life with.

One year ago today Yoga Joint West Boca opened its doors, trusting in the work, the mission, and the kind of community we hoped to build.

And here we are. A year of movement, momentum, connection, and growth, all because you chose to show up.

What a year! From the early days of bare walls and phone calls to now seeing the energy, growth, and support that surrounds us. Couldn’t be more grateful.

No noise, no rush…no signal half the time! (My husband tho)

Just family, quiet mornings, and wild horses for neighbors. 🐎

Call it off-grid, call it peace, either way, it’s medicine.

If you haven’t stepped away from the noise lately, take the hint. Your body, mind, and hormones don’t need another supplement.

Maybe they need space?
