Light Greek Salad Recipe with Tuna for Quick Dinner
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons (soup) Green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 Unit Tomato, diced
1 Japanese Cucumber, peeled and diced
2 Tablespoons (soup) Chopped Onion
2 Tablespoons (soup) Black Olives Pitted, chopped. It could be green too.
1 Can Tuna In Water
salt to taste
Instructions
Reserve the tuna and salt. Put all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well;
Add salt to taste, but not too much, as the tuna and olives already have salt. Stir again;
Drain the water from the tuna and add it to the Greek salad. Stir a little and serve at room temperature.
Revenue Notes
You can season to taste and also touch the tuna for cheese, jaguar meat, fish, etc.
