Educator of 7 years delivering Sports Therapy, Anatomy & Physiology and Sports & Exercise Science courses. Our massage therapy services provides relief, decreased pain and inflammation, reduced stress, improved blood circulation, developed coordination and prevents physical dysfunction. Massage can help soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons) and injuries related to overuse and trauma. Regular massages can improve health, especially after sports injuries, motor vehicle accident and stress. Those who undertake the proper training are able to work miracles with the human body.
