Hey mamas. If you are looking for something for your kids ages 6-12 the week of fall break, we are hosting some workshops for the kiddos at Lotus Cove Wellness. A parent can hang out or engage too. Depending on interest, our massage therapist can be available for a chair massage. Acupuncturist will be there too.

🥭 We are going to have a healthy snack making class where they will learn to make chia seed pudding with toppings.

🧠 We are going to have a mindfulness and meditation class where we teach them tools to relax, breathe, and be mindful.

🧘‍♀️Sound bath if there is interest.
