I never imagined this would be my path 🤍

Growing up, I thought I’d become a public speaker or work in marketing or PR one day.
I never expected yoga to become such a huge part of my life.

Now I get to help people slow down, heal, breathe, move, and reconnect with themselves… and honestly, that’s been more rewarding than I ever could’ve imagined. ✨

The older I get, the more I realize wellness isn’t one big thing… it’s the little things we do consistently 🤍

Sleep.
Movement.
Hydration.
Mindset.
Taking care of my body.
Managing stress.

None of it has to be perfect, but it all adds up over time.

A little reintroduction for some of the newer faces on here 🤍

Hi, I’m Robyn.
Born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida 🌴
Half Latina, former tomboy, and have always been obsessed with movement and sports for as long as I can remember 😂

I found yoga after wrestling in high school and was a student of yoga for over 10 years before becoming a teacher. Now I’ve been teaching for almost 12 years, and what started as something that helped me became my passion and career.

I teach:
✨ private yoga
✨ group classes
✨ corporate classes
✨ assisted stretching

But honestly, my favorite part is helping people feel better mentally and physically. That feeling never gets old.

I’ve been happily married for almost 11 years 🤍 .
I’m also a proud boy mom to the sweetest 6-year-old.

I keep my circle small, love real conversations, wellness, community, growth, movement, and creating a life that feels good from the inside out.

Last year I decided to really put myself out there more on social media, and honestly… it takes guts to stop worrying about opinions and just show up as yourself.

I don’t drink, I love health and wellness, and fully plan on living past 100 while still feeling strong, mobile, and healthy 😅

Happy belated birthday to one of my favorite teachers 🤍

A reminder to live your life fully. Take the trip. Move your body. Do what lights you up.

Life is so much shorter than we think, and none of us are getting out of it untouched anyway… so we might as well laugh hard, love deeply, and do more of what makes us feel alive.

Forever grateful for the lessons, on and off the mat. 🤍
