If you’ve tried to lose 10–20 pounds before and it never sticks, it’s not because you’re “bad at dieting.”
It’s because you keep jumping from one extreme plan to the next.
Most people go all-in for a few days, burn out, quit… then start over again. And that cycle is exactly why the weight keeps coming back.
What actually works is boring (and that’s a good thing):
Fast daily.
Eat two solid meals in the same window.
Be mindful with snacks instead of cutting everything out.
Repeat.
When the plan is simple and repeatable, you stop restarting.
