How to practice it:
Enter the Yin-Yang reunion meditation without desire, in the state of selflessness and subconsciousness, while the male and female smooth muscles perform mutual massage on each other. Stimulate the pelvic-cavity vagus nerve calmly and rhythmically at about a period of 0.8 seconds (about the heart rate) for about 30 minutes (about 2000 strokes). You will suddenly open the door of oblivion; feel like ascending to heaven and becoming a Buddha and entering Paradise of Bliss. In this way, it can not only enhance immunity and lower blood pressure, but also train local internal smooth muscles to contract involuntarily and rhythmically at about 0.8 seconds per cycle. The involuntary contraction of smooth muscles in the pelvis sends pulses of electrical current to the brain, powering the vagus-hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal and g***dal axes
