We’re excited to welcome Ella Franzblau, our newest intern at The Sanctuary of Wellness!

Ella is an undergraduate student at Florida Atlantic University, where she’s majoring in Psychology. With a deep passion for mental health and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact, Ella is committed to creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

With her sights set on becoming a licensed clinical psychologist, Ella has spent the past few years immersed in the study of psychology—both in the classroom and through independent learning. Now, she’s eager to gain hands-on experience and grow alongside our dedicated clinical team.

Your body is always communicating with you—whether it’s through tension, fatigue, or energy shifts. 🌿💛 Mindful listening to these signals can deepen your connection with yourself and help guide your decisions for better well-being.

💡 Here’s how to practice mindful listening to your body’s signals:
🌱 Pause and check in: Take a moment to slow down and scan your body. Notice any areas of tension, discomfort, or ease. Where do you feel grounded? Where do you feel tightness?
💭 Tune into sensations: Focus on the physical sensations you’re experiencing, whether it’s the feeling of your feet on the ground, the rise and fall of your breath, or any subtle shifts in temperature or movement.
🧘‍♀️ Honor your body’s needs: If you notice tension or discomfort, ask yourself what your body might need. Is it rest, stretching, hydration, or a change in posture? Respond with care and kindness to its needs.
