Life is challenging - full of joys,sorrows and everything in between. Sometimes, the challenges seem too daunting or affect more than one area of life - relationships, career, physical and emotional health. It helps to have a place to talk, to process and then be able to move forward. As a licensed mental health counselor with a holistic orientation to therapy I assist individuals and couples to do just that. Anxiety, depression, chronic physical/emotional conditions, stress management, work/life balance, marital stressors - communication, finances, parenting - are areas to be explored. I received my MS, with a concentration in Mental Health from Springfield College, Ma. Se provee terapia individual, de parejar y familiar para adultos, estudiantes universitarios y adolescentes. Se provee tratamiento para aquellos que tienen problems de estres como miedo, problems de humor (tristeza), problems de autoestima, problem de relacion. En la vida hay ocasiones que enfrentas desafios que nos hacen sentir confundidos, solos y sin sentido. La meta de esta terapia es ayudar a superar las dificultades personales.
