Feel great to be back in Madrid, while I miss the chill vibes of Copenhagen, being at the famous park today, laying on the grass, enjoying the sunny day, the simple pleasures of life w my beloved daughter.

Have you ever visited Copenhagen? I just spent a few days w my favorite person and felt so inspired to recommend these epic places. This country is full of soul, nature, amazing food, bakeries. Most of all, you can feel the care, the consciousness, it is a place that considers and respects.

I am forever changed and so inspired to bring the vibe of 🇩🇰 thank you to all the amazing places we got to enjoy and people we got to connect with.

Super grateful to have attended and experienced the unity and high vibrations tonight Conceet at in Madrid, Spain with my favorite person on the planet !

I listen to his music daily, sing his songs to remember we are One. He guided us to hum together and came down to join us on the floor of the theatre at the end. He asked us to close our eyes and feel, and to allow his music to take us higher and remember we are love. Listen and enjoy, here are some highlights of tonight’s concert.

Intimacy, connection, and deeper states of vulnerability are all powerful ways to also support optimal healing, wellness and overall mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.

Yet too often we walk around with walls up around our hearts. I know this all too well, and today I walk around with a deeper self and soul awareness. Having done a lot of “inner child” healing and transformation, I see how everything we do, the people we are attracted to remind us of home and our parents and primary caregivers.

Yet too often couples are living in s€x-less marriages and cheating on their partners.

My wish is for more authentic and honesty conversations and experiences to energize and empower individuals and couples through the practice of the and ta**ra.
