🦶 Exercise Spotlight: Band-Resisted Ankle Strengthening

Strong, stable ankles are the foundation of balance, mobility, and injury prevention.

In this exercise, the resistance band is held parallel to your leg, creating gentle tension that targets the stabilizing muscles around your ankle. This controlled motion helps improve joint stability, flexibility, and strength, reducing your risk of sprains and improving overall movement efficiency.

It’s a small movement that makes a big difference for athletes, active adults, and anyone recovering from ankle or foot injuries.
