🕑 On Sunday, March 9th, we Spring forward. The week following or so can definitely be a little tricky as everyone adjusts and feels a bit "off." Just like us, our children feel the effects as well. During the transition, it's important to stick to your routine while making sure your baby/toddlers are getting the naps and sleep they need.
🌞 I'm a huge fan of NATURAL light! Head outside, play, and enjoy the light. Before bed, dim the lights while having "down" time before you begin your night time routine. Black out shades are a must to help with the light coming in.
