Wonder Which Exercise Makes You BURN the MOST calories?
- According to Exercise Scientists who have studied the amount of energy spent during different groups of exercises, the more muscles engaged and the harder and longer work out, the more calories your body will burn.
- “Per-minute” calorie burn will not always determine the energy demands of a workout. To assess true energy of an exercise, you can ask people to perform the exercise at a comfortable pace for them.
- Find an exercise that you like and stick to it for a long period of time as this increases your metabolism even after training.
In summary; THE BEST WORKOUT IS THE ONE YOU ACTUALLY DO!

“Life’s Simple 7” by the American Heart Association, they involve:

1.Eating better, which can stave off chronic disease. Steps include increasing your intake of vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
2. Maintaining a healthy weight. This can reduce the burden on your heart, lungs, blood vessels and bones.
3. Exercising. It can help with your cholesterol levels, weight and muscle tone.
4. Quitting ci******es, because even one can hurt you. There is no risk-free level of exposure to to***co smoke.
5. Managing blood pressure. Unhealthy ranges strain the heart, arteries and kidneys.
6. Controlling cholesterol. Low cholesterol gives your arteries the best chance to stay clear of fatty blockages that reduce blood flow.
7. Reducing blood sugar. This can lower the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.

Too little sleep and jet lag or shift work, may be bad for bones.

Researchers allowed 10 healthy men (some aged 20 to 27 and some aged 55 to 65) to sleep for only seven hours after every 22 hours they were kept awake. That’s like getting 5 1/2 hours of sleep every 24 hours.

After three weeks, a marker of bone formation dropped by 18 percent in the older men and 28 percent in the younger men.

What to do: Make sleep a priority.
