The phrase take “time to smell the roses” would be amazing if it were only that simple. Today’s world has figured out how to imitate that scent into marketing ads for room sprays, car fresheners, detergents and more. Furthermore, as we’re told to slow down and breathe, what good does it do us without paying attention to the quality of air around us? We’re furthering our body’s exposure to toxins found in everyday items.

To start, simply replace these items with water based air diffusers and vinegar based solutions mixed with essential oils to purify and clean the space around you more holistically.

The person is lying completely comfortable with no known injuries or illnesses and balanced in every way YET the left leg is flaring out and the right is at 12 o’clock !!

WHY?

The left leg movement is controlled and dictated by the hips and pelvis!

In order for the leg to flare on as demonstrated, there must be left pelvic pressure onto and into the left hip bone which then rotates outwardly and in turn rolls the upper leg out to the left, resulting in the knee rotating outwardly to the left which then rotates the shin, ankle and foot outward to the left as well.

Again WHY?

The pelvic and hip pressure could be coming from the colon, the uterus, the prostate, the bladder,
or the kidney! In most cases a chronic irritation of one of the areas would cause what we graphically see in the picture!
