It is with sad news that we announce the passing of Dr. Jay Baker. As we grief this loss, I am sure it is very difficult for you our patients as well. Please bare with us as we quickly change your appointments to see one of our providers. It is incredibly shocking for all of us. Pray for his family. May his soul rest in peace.
