💙 Thank You to Our Heroes 💙
In the face of an unthinkable tragedy, so many stepped up in ways that we will never forget. We want to deeply thank all the staff at Excelled Montessori especially Ms. Debani, Ms. Elise, Ms. Judith, Ms. Pam, Ms. Emily, Ms. Anna-Marie, Ms. Tanovi, Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Bailey, and Ms. Alicia, who were the first to care for our teachers and children while waiting for paramedics. Your quick thinking and calm presence meant everything in those critical moments.
To Dr. Ahmad Hamad and his team at Cutting Edge Pet Clinic and Dr. Mushtaq and his staff at Health 210, your immediate help and care made such a difference when it was needed most. We also thank the surrounding offices who jumped in to assist, Vista Dermatology, Viva Pediatrics, Boerne Vision Center and Edward Jones.
We are also incredibly thankful to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) staff and officers for bringing in resources, offering support, and transporting the injured to University Hospital in San Antonio.
Your kindness, bravery, and selflessness will always be remembered. You showed what it means to truly care for a community, and we are so grateful. 💙
