Dr. Sid working on his curves 😉 after clinic hours!
He’s using a Denneroll under his neck to correct the curve (or lack there of) in his neck. The neck should have a smooth 🍌 - shaped curve aka cervical lordosis. When the curve is decreased/straightened/ or reversed it can cause a variety for problems ranging from neck pain, headaches, tightness in the shoulders and premature arthritis to the more severe symptoms such as numbness, tingling, weakness and nerve damage. Poor desk posture, texting , and car accidents, are just a few ways that can cause the cervical curve to decrease or become reversed.

👉🏼Luckily, Dr. Sid has gotten rid of his reverse cervical curve-that was causing neck pain and headaches- through specific, corrective chiropractic care and rehabilitation. He is now maintaining the corrections he’s made by getting adjusted weekly, using the denneroll weekly and DAILY spinal stabilizing exercises and stretches..
