Our Story
My name is Beth Linfoot. I am a psychotherapist with a private practice in Boerne, TX. I work with teens (age 14+), young adults, individuals, families and couples. I also specialize in substance abuse and addiction. I am humbled and constantly inspired by the sheer courage, resilience and determination of my patients. I am beyond honored by their trust, by their inviting me into their worlds. I never take that privilege for granted. I believe there is no greater work we can do on this earth than to gain better insight into our thoughts, feelings and behaviors and then create the lives we were born to live.
The purpose of this page is to inspire always, to help tear away some of the stigma surrounding discussing all the things that make us beautifully human, to educate as often as possible, to make people smile and occasionally laugh out loud, because learning to not take ourselves too seriously is the beginning of all great change. While I love getting questions via messaging, and will always do my best to give whatever feed back I can, and point people in the right direction, please be aware that I can offer no therapeutic advice, or guidance, via social media. You, and your life, are just too important. I’m so glad you’re here. Hopefully you will be inspired and enjoy a chuckle or two along the way. As Ram Daas says “we’re all just walking each other home.”
