Residents, staff, and friends came together to celebrate with sweet treats, laughter, music, and plenty of smiles. Thank you to Hope Hospice,Crest Palliative Care and Crest Home Health for the goodies! 🤗
Moments like these remind us that joy, connection, and a little bit of chocolate make every day brighter.
