Heritage Place of Boerne observed Assisted Living Week with an Ageless Adventure 2025. The festivities began with a Greek-inspired event, showcasing traditional Spanakopitas. Ireland was the next destination, featuring authentic Irish Stew and Irish Coffee. A lively celebration of Mexican culture followed, highlighted by Mariachi performances during lunch. On Thursday, the community honored America with a 9-11 remembrance. The week concluded with a festive German-themed celebration, complete with Pretzels, Beer, and the iconic chicken dance.
