3. Have no previous aesthetic treatments in the area being treated within the last 12 months (no filler, tox, or microneedling in that area)
4. Consent to photography and filming, including before/after photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing purposes
5. Understand that this is a model treatment, which may include longer appointment times and observation for training and/or documentation
6. Have realistic expectations and understand that results may vary
7. Be available for follow-up photos and possible touch-ups if requested
8. Complete all required medical history and consent forms honestly and in full
9. Be willing to follow all pre- and post-care instructions
10. Understand that model treatments are final sale and non-refundable and non-transferable. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot (goes toward treatment
