Take Every Thought Captive
“Take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 10:5
What does that really mean?
It means we do not let every thought that enters our mind take up residence in our soul.
We examine it. We measure it. We ask: Does this align with Christ? If it does not, we do not
entertain it.
God calls us to renew our minds (Romans 12:2), because our thoughts shape our words,
and our words shape our lives. “The tongue has the power of life and death” (Proverbs 18:21).
Taking thoughts captive is choosing agreement with heaven over agreement with fear.
It is speaking life to your own soul.
It is aligning your mind with the truth of who God says you are.
That is where freedom begins.

True! Plus no cholesterol

Many people say that we need to eat meat for protein, and that without meat we cannot be strong. But the truth is, protein does not only come from animals. There are so many plant foods like broccoli, lentils, beans, chickpeas, peas, nuts, and seeds that give us plenty of protein, along with fiber and important vitamins. When we choose meat, that protein comes from an animal who had to lose its life in pain and fear. But when we choose vegetables and plant foods, we can nourish our bodies without taking a life. Plants give us strength, energy, and health in a kinder way. If you are thinking about protein, try adding more broccoli and other vegetables to your plate. You can stay healthy, get enough protein, and also choose compassion. Small changes in our meals can make a big difference for animals and for our own well-being. 🌱

My journey with Hallelujah Acres began with a deep desire to understand how the body was designed to heal. In 2016, I became a certified Health Minister through their teachings, which transformed both my health and my calling. By applying these principles, my autoimmune condition—Epstein-Barr—became dormant, reinforcing my belief that the body can move toward healing when supported through proper nutrition, lifestyle choices, and spiritual alignment. Today, I help others address degenerative illness by caring for the whole person: body, soul, and spirit.
