Meet Aya S. Cardeiro, holistic doula
Thank you for visiting Mindful Birth Doula Louisiana! I am a trained birth and postpartum birth coach residing in Bogalusa, Louisiana, currently attending births at Our Lady of the Angels and St. Tammany Hospital as well as other hospitals, birth centers and home births in Louisiana and Mississippi. I provide holistic care, which means your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being are of upmost importance to me as a doula and practitioner.
I offer a broad spectrum of services such as mindfulness coaching for you to learn breathing and visualization techniques for optimal relaxation. This is what is called, Mindful Birth. Through mindful practice, the mind and body work together for a less stressed experience during pregnancy, labor and delivery. Women who practice mindful birthing are less likely to need medical interventions and more likely to have an overall positive birthing experience.
We can discuss all of my offerings that are available to you during a consultation. I am available to women of all economic backgrounds and identities. My goal as a doula is to provide support for ALL women on their birth journey.
