Remember to visit our page drpalazzo.com to fill out your paperwork prior to being seen for the first time. This will save you time at checkin. Also, we need a good phone number to be able to deliver Telehealth . If you have an email that would also facilitate the Telehealth visit.
We are incorporating a new service that will remind you of your upcoming appointments so a cell number is needed.
