We are pleased to introduce Jaquita “Jai” Garrett, our new Practice Manager.

With over 7 years of experience in behavioral health, including 4 years in leadership roles, Jaquita will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our practice, providing support to both patients and providers alike. Her responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and workflow optimization.

Jaquita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and is currently training as a Substance Abuse Counselor, leveraging her expertise in substance abuse and mental health to deliver genuine support to patients through motivational interviewing and psychoeducation.

Her background in mentoring youth showcases her dedication to guidance and community impact. Known for her exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive approach,
Jaquita is committed to enhancing systems that promote quality care while fostering a patient-centric environment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jaquita values her family life, having celebrated 23 years of marriage and cherishing her role as a mother.
