Meet Christopher Arnold, Marketing Specialist at Qosina. Christopher plays a pivotal role in managing our marketing efforts for the bioprocess sector, overseeing press releases, advertisements and various social media initiatives. His dedication extends beyond marketing—Christopher actively contributes to our organization by leading the Employee Advisory Committee and participating in several other committees.
- How long have you been with the company?
Over a year
- What is your favorite part about your job?
Collaborating with other departments on projects is the best part of my job. The marketing, graphics and product development teams all have a close relationship, which allows us to create impactful campaigns and advertisements.
- What’s a professional or personal achievement you’re proud of?
I am in the process of earning my Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, which will be a major accomplishment once completed! The journey has been both challenging and rewarding, providing me with valuable insights into effectively managing teams and projects.
- What’s one thing you’ve learned in your career that you can share with newer professionals?
One key lesson I’ve learned is the importance of listening. Actively listening to colleagues, clients and stakeholders allows you to understand their perspectives and needs better. This not only helps build stronger relationships, but also ensures more effective communication and problem-solving.

🔹 How long have you been with the company? Over 21 years
🔹 What is your favorite part about your job? I really enjoy being able to help people. Whether it is a customer who is looking for a specific component, or helping a colleague with a task or project, I am always happy and willing to help.
🔹 What is a professional or personal achievement you’re proud of? I started a new chapter in my life, which includes working out. I have a personal trainer that I work with three days a week and I go to the gym on the other days. I never thought I would say this, but I actually enjoy working out and challenging myself.
🔹 What is an interesting or quirky fact about yourself that others may not know? Last year, I was gifted a race car experience. I got to suit up and drive 50 laps in an NHRA car. It was amazing, and I fell in love. This year, I will compete in my first ¼ mile race, and I am super excited. With the warmer weather, you will find me out spinning wheels and perfecting my burnout!
