Today is the perfect day to learn more info on my infrared treatment. I’m an RN and the masssge therapist. I’ve included 2 pictures, so you can see it.

Infrared technology targets the body at the cellular level, so it’s first course of action is to increase blood and lymph circulation. (Massages also do this, so they are a dynamic duo when combined.) Infrared has been proven to help conditions such as arthritis, neuropathy, chronic pain and inflammation and skin conditions. It also helps wounds heal quicker. Google it; there are many excellent articles about it.

I start everyone with 20-25 minutes on an intensity level of 6-7. The maximum time is 40 minutes, and the highest intensity is 9.

It’s a 2 part tunnel and a mat. The intensity level can be customized among the 3 pieces. The top tunnel stops at your collarbones; your head and face are not inside the tunnel.

It does get warm; a fan is blowing down on you, and I provide you with a cold peppermint cloth during the treatment and a bottle of water afterwards.

The cost is $1/minute for single sessions, or $40/week for unlimited sessions. I have clients who come every day that I’m open. We operate by appointments only, but you’re welcome to call to see if it’s available, and if it is, you can come on.
