We will have limited hours next week Sept 15- 19. Kristina Stratton Nurse Practioner will be seeing patients on the following schedule:
Monday 9-noon and 2-5 pm
Tuesday 9 -noon closed in the afternoon
Wednesday 9 - noon closed in the afternoon
Thursday 9-noon and 2-5 pm
Friday 9-noon.
We will be back to normal schedule Sept 22nd.
