Where do you carry your stress? Head, neck, shoulders or lower back? Pain is a symptom of congestion. 1st of thought, then of energy and it finally shows up as congestion in the physical body...pain. it's the body's way of communicating to us to address an issue. If an issue is ignored for too long it will grow into dis-ease or dis-order in the body...which of course takes longer to unwind. The good news is most symptoms are actually fairly easy to unwind and dissolve. It is super important to listen to what your body is trying to tell you & respond accordingly. Want to learn how? Two-ish years ago I met the love of my life, my best friend and adventure partner! We joyfully got to tie our knot a few days ago. 💜

Truthfully, there hasn't been a day gone by in the past few years we haven't shared how grateful we are for one another. Not to mention we have the best family and friends anyone could ask for. Gratitude is an amazing baseline for miracles. And we've had many. 💙

In honor of us and our family and friends we had an amazing weekend of some of our favorite things...whitewater rafting on the main Payette, an awesome climbing event at the Commons climbing gym & our beautiful wedding a few days ago...many happy tears shed, dancing and celebrating our love. Thank you to everyone who came to support and celebrate with us. We love you so much!

Just back from a 2 day healing workshop in vegas, of all places. I have a new love for las Vegas for sure. Great to see so many amazing souls showing up to do this work. While this workshop is review for me i love, love, love going deeper and healing myself & others on deeper levels. AND group healing energy is so beautiful when the teachings are some of the highest on the planet. (These are). I am blessed to BE witness to so much healing within myself and all others around me. When we heal ourselves, we heal our relationships with others. Truly, the best work any of us can do is our own. And I'm honored to assist others in their healing. If you're curious, come see me.
